The decisions that determine control are the ones made at each meal, and general-purpose diabetes tools are not built for the compressed timeline or the specific targets of a pregnancy.
How GDM Companion works
GDM Companion is a prescription-only digital therapeutic. It integrates directly with continuous glucose monitors, so readings arrive without manual entry, and pairs them with dietary logging and AI feedback that responds to what the patient actually ate against what their glucose then did. Insulin dosage tracking keeps the medication picture in the same record, and provider dashboards give the clinical team a view of control between appointments rather than a recall of it at the next one.
Who it is for and where it stands
