Between appointments, an expectant mother's readings and symptoms go largely unobserved, and complications are often identified at the next visit rather than when they begin to develop. Digital OB is built to narrow that window.
How the platform works
The platform pairs a patient-facing app with provider monitoring tools. Vitals are captured remotely and continuously rather than only in clinic, and an AI risk triage engine reviews incoming data to flag patterns that warrant clinical attention, escalating to the provider rather than to the patient. Gestational journey tracking gives both sides a shared timeline of the pregnancy, and an emergency alert path exists for situations that cannot wait for the next scheduled contact.
